The ASEAN Climate Leadership Programme (ACLP) strengthens the capacity of ASEAN Member States to advance climate-smart agriculture and support regional climate action. ACLP III, implemented in 2025, focused on promoting Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) to contribute to Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs). The programme was jointly delivered by ASEAN, GIZ’s ASEAN AgriTrade II and ASEAN EU-German Climate Action Programme (CAP), in collaboration with key partners and ACLP alumni.
